THE VAST MAJORITY OF OUR STAFF ARE EITHER NNEB (NATIONAL NURSERY EXAMINATION BOARD) OR EQUIVALENT, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE NATIONAL VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (NVQ) IN EARLY YEARS AND CHILDCARE. WE HAVE A VERY HIGH QUALIFIED STAFF RATIO WHICH FAR EXCEEDS THAT OF OFSTED REQUIREMENTS.

My name is Manjeev and I am the proud owner of Tiny Oaks Day Nursery Edenbridge.
I have two young girls of my own and I am a dedicated father, supporting their care and education to encourage them to be the best that they can be.My previous experience as a primary and secondary school teacher has given me the wealth of experience and knowledge for providing a nursery that is full of happiness and joy and creating an environment where children can thrive.
Children need and deserve opportunities to have a fun and successful learning experience as it has a major impact on their future life chances. Working in the Early Years and having my own children has really enlightened me. I can relate to parents who have tried to find high quality childcare that would nurture their children in the way they would like. My aim is to provide high quality care and education which provides the foundation that children need to make the most of their talents and abilities as they grow.
Having completed my Level 3 in childcare and my assessors qualification , I believe these have given me a better insight into the needs of the children as well as my staff. It has also enabled me to ensure that the quality of teaching and learning is consistent and that all of my staff are up to date with their training needs.
